Ever since Flickr opened up it’s Application Programming Interface (http://www.flickr.com/services/api/) in 2004, it has become a haven for creative people .Flickr has now launched an app store called The App Garden which is a library like compilation of all the apps collection. Developers can themselves present the applications they've created to enhance the Flickr portfolio. Each app gets its own information page, where users can add descriptive tags, share comments and add as a favorite listing. You could also perform a keyword search. The more fans an app has, the more prominent a place it is given in the listings. In September Flickr also launched an iPhone app to make mobile access of the site more user friendly.

You will probably need a whole day or more to make your way through all the apps. But you will not be bored. Check it out http://www.flickr.com/services/ (http://www.flickr.com/services/)
